Refund policy

Returns:

If you are not happy with a painting or it doesn't work for your space, please contact me via email: hello@rinakangart.com within 3 days of delivery to arrange a return. A refund will be given provided:

The item is returned in it’s original condition within 14 working days (from the date of return email)

Refund will be given as: money back by original payment method. 

The customer is only responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Items from a sale (discounted) cannot be returned. 

Items lost or damaged during the return process will NOT be refunded. 

Additional Policies:

I am not a VAT payer and only sell my artwork to persons who are not registered as VAT taxable persons. By purchasing my artwork you confirm the aforementioned - you are not a VAT registered taxable person.
