Shipping & Returns

Packaging:

Upon sale of a painting, it is signed (either on the front or the back) and varnished. 

The painting is securely packaged: canvases are boxed; small artwork on paper is enveloped; large artwork on paper is rolled into a parcel tube. 

The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch is between 1- 2 working days. 

Shipping:

I offer free shipping within the UK. For international shipping costs - please contact me on: hello@rinakangart.com 

Estimated delivery time is between 4-18 business days.

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Returns:

If you are not happy with the painting or it doesn't work for your space, please contact me via email hello@rinakangart.com within 3 days of delivery to arrange a return. A full refund will be given provided:

• The item is returned in it’s original condition within 14 working days (from the date of return email)

Refund will be given as: money back by original payment method. 

The customer is only responsible for half (50%) of the return shipping costs including any customs and taxes. I will pay for the remaining half (50%). 

Items from a sale (discounted) cannot be returned. 

Items lost or damaged during the return process will NOT be refunded. 

Additional Policies:

I am not a VAT payer and only sell my artwork to persons who are not registered as VAT taxable persons. By purchasing my artwork you confirm the aforementioned - you are not a VAT registered taxable person.
